Dear Timber Creek Residents,

I hope you and your families are doing well. I’m writing to provide an important update regarding the status of our community amenities. Pond restoration efforts are still in progress. Please adhere to the previous email regarding street parking. The project is moving swiftly, and we hope that it will be completed by the end of the month.

As of today, the pool remains closed, and unfortunately there are no new updates currently. The district is still awaiting a response from our insurance provider regarding necessary repairs and liability coverage.

In light of this ongoing situation, the Board, management team, and district council have made the precautionary decision to keep the clubhouse closed as well. This measure is being taken to prevent any potential liability concerns until we can fully assess next steps for reopening the pool.

We understand how disappointing this news may be and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please know this decision is made with everyone’s safety and wellbeing in mind. As soon as we receive further information from the insurance company and have a clear path forward, we will promptly update the community.

In the meantime:

• No access to the clubhouse or pool
• Stay tuned for future updates as soon as they’re available

Pond Restoration Project.

We are pleased to announce that the post-hurricane pond restoration project will commence the week of June 16. During this time, please anticipate:

Increased Dump Truck and Vendor Traffic: There will be a higher volume of construction vehicles within the community.

Dirt and Debris: Some areas may experience dirt accumulation due to the nature of the work.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we undertake this necessary project to restore and enhance our community's ponds.

We will keep you informed and notify you upon the project's completion.
 

Pool Closure Update
